Faculty & Staff

The teachers at MCHL are trained professionals who bring years of experience, as well as compassion, into the classroom every day. All of the lead teachers are Montessori certified. The entire staff is first aid and CPR certified and take classes annually to ensure they are kept abreast of current practices in the field of early childhood education. MCHL is proud of the fact that more than half of its staff of forty have been at MCHL for over ten years. Though richly diverse in their individual backgrounds, all of the staff are united in creating a nurturing and fun home away from home for the children in their care.
